Student Ministries Pastor, Kincaid, Ill.

Kincaid Church of God is seeking a Student Ministries Pastor.
 

Requirements:
- Saved, Baptized in the Holy Spirit, member of the Church of God
- Credentialed with Church of God or in the credentialing process

- A call and desire to work with youth students ages 6th grade through High School
- Prior leadership experience or ministry education, preferred
- Faithful in attendance, tithing and giving, and supporting overall church ministry vision

 

Expectations
- Serve as Youth Pastor for Junior High / High School Students.
- Lead Wednesday Night youth ministry Teaching / Preaching / Follow Up
-  Youth Event Coordination including local and state program involvement
- Volunteer recruiting & training 
 - Preaching / Teaching for Lead Pastor when requested
- Active participation in leading various portions of Sunday morning worship 
- Overseeing transportation ministry
- Overseeing Sunday Morning Bible Study (Sunday School)
- Other duties as assigned

 

Compensation
- Full housing expenses paid (rent + utilities)
- Moving expenses
- Conference expenses

Additional compensation may be available based upon abilities to support various other administrative or musical responsibilities.

 

Church Information
Kincaid Church of God was founded in 1937 and is located in Central Illinois about 30 minutes southeast of Springfield, the state capital. KCOG has a vision to restore hope to the Midland region and around the world. KCOG averages around 100 in Sunday Morning Worship and around 60 in Wednesday Mid-Week. The church has an active bus ministry servicing 4 communities and provides free meals on Wednesday evening, in addition to many other outreach focused ministries. The student ministry reaches 20+ on a weekly basis.
